Amboseli, a night at the waterhole, then Tsavo East<\/h2>\n

This route follows the same Nairobi loop as our other 4-day southern safari, but trades a second Tsavo West night for a stay at Salt Lick Lodge in the Taita Hills \u2014 known for stilted rooms built around a floodlit waterhole where elephant and buffalo are commonly seen after dark, often without leaving your room.<\/p>\n

How the four days work<\/h3>\n

Day one is the drive to Amboseli with an afternoon game drive. Day two continues with a further Amboseli drive before the transfer to the Taita Hills, arriving in time to settle in before dusk at the waterhole. Day three is a relaxed lodge morning before continuing to Tsavo East for an afternoon game drive. Day four is a final Tsavo East drive before the return to Nairobi.<\/p>\n
